Before you write

• Payments and refunds: please include the email of your Yebook account and the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. See our refund policy.
• Forgot password: use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen; a code is emailed to you.
• Delete your account: you can delete it from the Yebook app, or ask us by email.
• Copyright: if you are an author or publisher and want a summary changed or removed, email us with the book title and we will act quickly.
